to those wondering where Jesus was staying and what he was about (John 1:38).
So we invite you to "come and see" what Jesus is doing in our lives and in our community.
The mission of Rogers Park Presbyterian Church
is to be the people of God,
to share the good news,
and to build the kingdom
in our community.
Come and see.
Come share your faith and talents.
Come find support and guidance.
Come build new relationships.
Come discover peace and purpose.
All are welcome!
You are welcome to join us in worship, study, fellowship, and mission. And together we will experience God's grace, grow in God's love, and live out God's vision fully and faithfully.
We worship on Sunday morning at 11am, followed by a free fellowship lunch every Sunday.
Following the example of the early church in which "the believers devoted themselves to the apostles" teaching, to the community, to their shared meals, and to their prayers.(Acts 2:42)"
We encourage you to check out our website using the categories at the left side of this webpage. Then join us on Sunday mornings for study, worship, fellowship, and lunch. And for those needing something more, come help us serve food at "A Just Harvest Community Kitchen" or sort clothes for distribution through our clothing pantry.
Worship is followed by a free fellowship lunch every Sunday in the Miriam Pukalo Lounge. Join us for Good Friday service at 7PM April 18, 2014. You are also invited to worship with us on Easter Sunday followed by a fellowship lunch.
Ours is an old building and accessibility can be limited. We have a portable wheel chair lift that can bring individuals from the sidewalk into the sanctuary and fellowship hall. Please let us know ahead of time if you have special needs. Call the church office, 773-262-3667, and we will do our best to assist and include you in the activities of our faith community.
Reading and Reflecting on the Psalms
In 2014 our church family is reading and reflecting on the Psalms. Join us as we seek to strengthen our relationships with God and becoming a more faithful community.
